GOT THE RIGHT ONE?
Look at the top of each sig for the correct name and #. I will NOT redo any sig, if you requested the wrong one. However, I will redo if the mistake was on my part.
NO NO's
I will NOT make any sigs with badwords (or any variation of them) or LiKe ThIs, unless font has both, capital and lowercased letters. Also, I will NOT use the following fonts: Barbie, any of the Disney fonts, Cat themed, or Loki Cola. Please keep your text to a minimum.
DO NOT ABUSE OF THE REQUESTS
I will only take 2 requests at a time. If you send more than 2 requests in, I will ignore them. Once I have sent your sig/s, you may request again. Requests are done on my spare time and I would appreciate that you respect that. Nagging about when your request will be made or demanding it will result in termination of your request and possible future requests. A link and credit, back to Silent Tears, is required.
FILLING OUT FORM
Where it says "Your name", type in your name or nickname.
Where it says "Email address", type in your valid e-mail address in lowercased letters. Not like SILENTEARS@SOMEPLACE.NET.
Where it says "What should your sig say", type in the word/s you want the signature to say. For example: Silent Eyez, Welcome to my site!. Do not use quotation marks unless you want them in your sig. Ex. "Silent Eyez", "Welcome to my site!"
If it asks for a "Font Name or Style", type in what font or style you want your signature to be made in. For example: Dirty Ego, Fiolex Girls, Scriptina or just a description like punk, girly, script...etc. Give me atleast 2 font choices, in case I do not have your first font of choice.
If it asks for "Color/Colors", type in the color and/or colors you want your signature to be made in. Give me atleast 2 colors, in case I do not have your first color of choice. If you are requesting an outlined sig, you MUST specify the color of outline!
Where it says "Need additional space?", type in any additional information that you think I will need, in order to complete your request. Otherwise, do not type anything in that box.
IF YOU DO NOT FILL OUT THE PROPER INFORMATION, YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED. ALL BLANK REQUEST FORMS WILL RESULT IN IP BANNING (ALL IPs ARE RECORDED).
